Celebrity Stalking in Greece 👀 

By now, Tom Hanks is practically Greek, so you won’t hear much about him, but I’ll steal his quote about Greece to jumpstart this journey.

“Greece is a haven. I’ve been around the world and been to the most beautiful places in the world, none of which tops Greece. The land, the sky, the water, it’s good for the soul; it’s a healing place”

I pretty much agree with Tom unless you get stuck in a traffic jam in Downtown Athens during summer, and it takes you 2 hours to drive a mile. 😂 

Word on the street is over 200 celebs couldn't resist Greece this year. But let's be real; here are the ones worth gossiping about!

Hello Mr (ex) President 🫡 

The Obama family - Michelle, Barack, and their daughters - visited Tom Hanks in Antiparos, proving once more that Greece is the go-to spot for world leaders, billionaires, and stars who have seen it all.

After rubbing elbows with Tom in Antiparos, they all hopped to Sifnos. Locals were left in awe by their simplicity. Picture this: the former president of the United States casually strolling down charming streets, wine glass in hand, with minimal security and even less fanfare.

No motorcades, no helicopters—just a good old-fashioned Greek island walkabout. In a world where everyone’s constantly on edge, Greece is that rare place where even Barack can wander around like it’s no big deal. 

Lesson learned: Greece isn’t just famous for its olives—it’s also a haven of serenity, where a former U.S. president can sip wine, smile for selfies, and not have a single care in the world. Maybe the secret to world peace is in the tzatziki. 🕊️ ☮️ 

Unexpected Island Hopping Gang 🐰 

Bezos, the Kardashians, and Bad Bunny walk onto a yacht… sounds like the start of a dad joke, right? Realistically, Bezos probably wouldn’t even know they were there. The yacht is as big as a small country.

The gang island-hopped across many islands, but they left their mark at Mykonos and Pserimos.

Never heard of Pserimos? Well, it’s time to hit Google and discover what you’ve been missing. An almost mysterious island with charming landscapes, pristine natural beauty, and captivating scents of caper waiting for you to explore.

If you're craving an escape from reality, Pserimos is the perfect spot to unplug. Don’t expect to run into Bezos—he’s probably too busy captaining his floating, flying, or delivery empire.

Apparently, Richard Gere took that line a little too seriously because he’s still hanging out with Julia Roberts all these years after Pretty Woman.

The two longtime friends bought (matching!?) houses in Patmos—because why not? (Humble brag: more on Patmos in our inaugural newsletter 😉). They spent weeks there, soaking up the sun and probably reminiscing about the days when Richard drove a Lotus, and Julia rocked those thigh-high boots.

Their chemistry’s still as strong as ever, only now it’s just a little more Mediterranean! And Patmos and their people are getting the Pretty Woman treatment. 🙃

Matt Damon and the Hemsworth brothers are having a summer bromance. They were recently spotted smoking cigars, dancing, and spending gorgeous summer nights with their loved ones.

And get this—the steakhouse staff at Ornos are probably still recovering from the $1,200 tip they received. Of course, they danced and partied like there’s no tomorrow at Jackie O’, Namos, Moni, and other places. And they celebrated Matt’s dad's birthday—A for A-f*ckin-great-time.

We are still working on it! But Travis Scott knows his shit. I know, I know … he also went to Mykonos, but he also visited Meganisi back in May. Celebrated Greaster (Greek Easter), danced with locals, and stuffed his face with a TON of tzatziki, lamb, and kokoretsi (if you’ve never tried it, you are missing so much, and you don’t even know it)

At one point, he even broke out into a mini rap session inspired by traditional Greek music, keep an eye out for the album 🤣 

You can picture the scene: Travis, in full holiday mode, swaying to Greek beats while locals cheered him on at a beachside taverna. He was a little bit off rhythm, but at least he tried.

Thank you, Travis, for taking this whole "Greek summer" thing seriously.
